1. Warranty Policy
1.1 Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all pickleball paddles purchased directly from Hot Kitchen Pickleball LLC or authorized retailers. The warranty only covers the original purchaser. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Workmanship issues
Examples of Covered Issues:
- Delamination of the paddle surface
- Handle breakage due to normal use
- Edge guard separation due to manufacturing defects
1.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, chips)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
- Damage resulting from modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Apparel or accessories
1.3 Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:

- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos of the product and the defect
- Description of the issue
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 10 business days.
- If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
2. Returns Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following criteria:
- Pickleball paddles have minimum use.
- You provide proof of purchase.
Note: Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
2.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the product to the address provided, ensuring the RA number is included on the package.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped).
2.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you prefer a replacement, follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
